In order to meet the applicable stocking density requirements for an open-air run, set out in Annex II to Commission Regulation (EC) No 589/2008 of 23 June 2008, farmers may link two pieces of land, through the installation of an underpass or tunnel.
Can the Commission clarify which methods Member State authorities may use to be satisfied that the described infrastructure meets the requirements of the Regulation?
